[Varker pauses, taking the time to consider the suggestion while his upset and drunken brain churns through it. It isn't a bad idea, but his sour mood makes him want to fight it all the same.]

I took ballroom classes with Steward for a good long while, though admittedly we stopped shortly after Mac died, so I might be a little rusty.

Bright and early for you, you mean. [Not that Varker isn't adverse to sleeping in, but he does have a schedule he keeps. Swimming by 8 like he usually does will probably give him enough time to shower before Norton's even rolled out of bed.]
