The mouth on his forehead is not under his direct control: think of them like he has a kitten with very sharp teeth living up there. Especially piercing noises aggravate her and can set her into a frenzy. I can communicate with them somewhat.

Varker himself has a cat so if he goes down, please make sure that his cat is taken care of if Norton's also down for some reason.
